Brooklyn Carreta is a new food cart pod in Portland with 18 food carts and the usual wide variety of cuisines.

Note: Brooklyn Carreta has 3 seating areas: an indoor area with roll-up doors on one wall, an open-wall rain-sheltered area with overhead radiant heaters, and an open patio. We will be in the rain-sheltered area. WEAR WARM CLOTHES.
