Program: Apple Vision Pro / By Steve Riggins /
Apple Vision Pro represents a whole new paradigm that Apple calls “spatial computing.” It has the power of an Apple Silicon M2 CPU with 16 GB of unified memory, plus the new R1 chip to process camera data and render the graphics. Your eyes replace the mouse moving a cursor (à la Mac) or your finger on the screen (as in iPad). Gestures replace mouse clicks or on-screen taps and pinches.
We are excited that our own Steve Riggins has an Apple Vision Pro on order and will have it by our February meeting. He will give us a demo and tell us a lot more about where Apple is going with this new technology.
Join in the fun at our February virtual meeting, for information and camaraderie.
