If you have not used Zoom before\, the linked page will give you the option for auto-download of the Zoom app. You can even join in from a computer running the Chrome browser in case you don’t want to install the Zoom software on your device. At our February General Meeting our local experts will lead a Community Discussion of this pretty cool new stuff\, and we want to hear your reactions to the news\, and your questions. \nWhat are the advantages of the 2 new MacBook Pro models? Early reports on the M2 Mac mini hint that it might be the absolute best bang for the buck on “straight out” processing power. The original full sized HomePod speakers disappeared rather quickly after release – so how good are the new ones? \n In addition to the hardware\, we will be discussing Apple’s announced OS updates: iOS\, iPadOS\, macOS\, and tvOS. Find out how these updates will be affecting you. \nQ&A starts at 6:30pm\, giving you a chance to ask the experts about any issues you are having with your Apple devices. Prior to the featured presentation\, there will be a short update and discussion on where we are with PMUG’s new DBA selection. \nJoin in the fun at our February virtual meeting\, for information and camaraderie. \nHow to Attend: \nPMUG General Meetings are held monthly via the Zoom app for the convenience of our growing number of members from outside the Portland area.
